Warehouse associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with Shipbob in Fort Worth. This role is essential to our operations, involving various teams such as Receiving, Picking, and Packing to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Wednesday 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
• Wednesday to Saturday 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction
• Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to an 8-10 hour shift
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently
• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime and weekends based on business needs
• Ability to adapt to change quickly and maintain high attention to detail
• Willingness to complete a 7-day training program

Role Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate

• Receive new inventory and manage the put-away process into the system
• Communicate arrivals and any inventory exceptions promptly
• Pick products accurately to keep the warehouse flow moving
• Pack shipments correctly to ensure quality and order fulfillment
• Assist in other departments as needed to maintain operational efficiency

Location: Fort Worth. This position is based in a dynamic warehouse environment.
