Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading company in the manufacturing sector in Edison. This role is vital for ensuring that products are prepared accurately and delivered to customers on time.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: 7:30am to 4pm, Monday through Friday

Pay Rates

• 15.92 USD hourly

Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during the shift
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Pick/Pack

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
• Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the shift while remaining on your feet
• Handle items carefully to avoid damage to the product
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines while prioritizing safety and punctuality
