Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for SBL - Load and Unload to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This role supports warehouse and dock operations by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, assisting with freight movement, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

Shift Patterns

• 12:00 - 22:30 (10h 30m)
• Repeats weekly on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation

Role Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Verify shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
• Communicate with drivers regarding dock assignments, paperwork, and shipment status.
• Move freight throughout the facility using manual pallet jacks or other approved equipment.
• Organize, stage, and prepare shipments for pickup or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support inventory control and other warehouse operations as needed.
