General Warehouse, Assembly

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for General Warehouse, Assembly to work with ACCO Brands in Booneville. This role involves essential warehouse operations, including handpicking items from pallets, packaging, preparing cartons for shipping, and operating various material handling equipment to ensure efficient distribution.

Shift Patterns:

  • 1st shift 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • 2nd shift 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
  • Overtime is mandatory as needed, including up to 2 hours of daily overtime. Final schedule will be assigned during onboarding.

Pay Rates:

  • 13.84 - 16.26 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for General Warehouse, Assembly:

  • Must be able to perform all physical demands of the position including bending, stooping, reaching, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Please note: If you have previously worked at ACCO Brands, they do not hire returning employees.

Desirable requirements for General Warehouse, Assembly:

  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
  • Experience with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking.
  • Ability to read load sheets and meet customer requirements.
  • Proficiency in basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to operate personal computer equipment and RF (radio frequency) hand-held wands.

Role for General Warehouse, Assembly:

  • Operate equipment such as hand pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and stackers.
  • Load and unload trailers and perform material handling duties.
  • Pull, assemble, pick, and pack products for shipment.
  • Process paperwork for customer orders and maintain accurate inventory data.

Location: Booneville.

Duration: Full-Time - Temp to Hire.
