At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics and distribution company in Bethlehem, PA. You will play a critical part in day-to-day warehouse operations, handling material transport, loading shipments, and maintaining inventory flow.

Shift Patterns

• 06:00 am - 04:30 pm (10h 30m)
• Repeats weekly on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• Mandatory or voluntary overtime may be required based on seasonal demand

Pay Rates

• 18.75 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift Operator

• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment
• Minimum 6 to 12 months of hands-on experience operating forklifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at elevated heights
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility

Role for Forklift Operator

• Safely operate power industrial trucks including Stand-Up Reach Trucks and Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklifts
• Unload incoming freight from trailers and inspect shipments for damage
• Locate, move, and stack pallets into high-bay racking systems using RF scanners
• Replenish picking locations and assist packing teams during peak volume periods
• Conduct pre-shift inspection checks on equipment and follow facility safety protocols
