CNC Lathe Machinist

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a CNC Lathe Machinist to work with Incoe Corporation in Auburn Hills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a super modern shop featuring new, well-organized machinery in a comfortable, temperature-controlled environment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, with occasional half-Saturday if needed
• 1st shift: 6:00am - 4:00pm or 7:00am - 5:00pm
• 2nd shift: 5:30pm - 2:30am or 3:30am
• Average 45-56 hours per week, with overtime based on workload

Pay Rates

• 27.00 - 33.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for CNC Lathe Machinist

• More than 3 years of experience with CNC lathe setups
• More than 3 years of experience editing CNC programs using G or M codes
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to read gages, micrometers, calipers, and related precision tools
• Proven job tenure of more than 2 years at past positions

Desirable Requirements for CNC Lathe Machinist

• Ability to read measurements in the metric system

Role Responsibilities for CNC Lathe Machinist

• Set up and operate Haas CNC lathes to machine details on small parts such as nozzles
• Use Fanuc CNC controls and G or M codes to edit programs as needed
• Make precise adjustments to speed, feed, and angles to ensure quality
• Measure parts to maintain conformance to specifications
• Replace tool inserts when required and perform routine machine maintenance

Location: Auburn Hills. This position is based in a modern, temperature-controlled facility.
