Packer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Packer to work with Amsino Healthcare in Vernon Hills. This role is essential to our production operations, ensuring that finished products are inspected, packaged, and prepared according to strict quality standards.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 11 PM to 7 AM

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Packer

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Capacity to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods, including four or more consecutive hours.
• Flexibility to work at different production stations as operational needs require.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age.

Desirable requirements for Packer

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging environment.
• Experience operating or assisting with production machinery and performing quality inspections.
• Familiarity with workplace safety practices, quality control processes, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing production needs.

Role for Packer

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements before packaging.
• Monitor product flow through processing equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Report equipment malfunctions, production downtime, scrap, or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Support production operations by working at various stations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company policies.

Location: Vernon Hills. This position is based in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
