General Labor/Packer

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor/Packer to work with DMI Personal Care in Wharton. We are seeking dependable and hardworking associates to support daily production, packaging, and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately packing products, maintaining productivity standards, ensuring product quality, and working collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• Schedule: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
• Repeat: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Pay Rates

• 16.49 USD hourly

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete daily work assignments.

Location: Wharton. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
