At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor Associate to work with a leading company in the Northeast. We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining high productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the shift.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Wednesday 7am to 5:30pm
• Wednesday to Saturday 7am to 5:30pm
• Sunday to Wednesday 5pm to 1:30am
• Wednesday to Saturday 5pm to 1:30am

Pay Rates

• 18.00 - 19.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery
• Ensure the correct items are placed in the proper containers and packaging
• Handle products carefully to avoid damages during packing and shipping
• Maintain consistent productivity while standing and working throughout most of the shift
• Follow all safety procedures, attendance expectations, and production deadlines
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete daily production goals
• Follow verbal and written instructions as assigned
