Picker

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with Radial - Rialto 3 in Rialto. This role is essential for our high-volume distribution center, where you will be responsible for accurately selecting merchandise to fulfill customer orders. We are looking for individuals who value speed, precision, and a strong commitment to safety standards.

Shift Patterns

• B Shift, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• Note: The first 2 weeks are 4 hours a day, starting at 3:00 PM on the first day.

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Picker

• Do you have previous warehouse or order picking experience in a high-volume environment?
• Do you have experience using RF scanners?
• Do you have a strong attention to detail and accuracy?
• Are you able to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)?
• Are you able to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift?
• Are you able to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business needs?
• Do you have dependable transportation to and from the job site?
• Are you able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during the shift when necessary?

Role for Picker

• Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse inventory using RF scanners and pick lists.
• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy.
• Transport picked items to designated staging or processing areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety policies.
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors.
