At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for General labor to work with a leading company in Olive Branch. This role focuses on ensuring products are accurately packed and prepared for delivery, maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift patterns:

1st shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm

Pay rates:

15.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for General labor:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Desirable requirements for General labor:

Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, packing, or general labor environment
Familiarity working in high-volume settings with daily production goals or strict deadlines

Role for General labor:

Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers
Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
Handle items carefully to avoid damage to products
Work with team members to accurately complete daily production goals
Consistently perform job functions while prioritizing safety and punctuality

Location: Olive Branch. This position is based in a warehouse setting.
