At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading company in the logistics and distribution sector in New Albany. This role involves handling inventory, receiving and preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rates

• 17.75 USD hourly

Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Skills for Warehouse Associate

• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Warehouse Associate

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Build pallets according to distribution instructions
• Break down and shrink-wrap freight according to specifications
• Receive freight with the ability to identify case packs and pallet patterns
• Operate manual pallet jacks and other necessary equipment
