Warehouse associate
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse associate to work with Radial - Rialto 1 in Rialto. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that shipments are prepared and processed efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Patterns
- 2nd Shift: Picking: Sunday - Thursday: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
- First day arrival: 2:00 pm
Pay Rates
- 19.80 USD hourly
Requirements for Warehouse associate
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes
Responsibilities for Warehouse associate
- Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Build pallets according to distribution instructions
- Break down and shrink-wrap freight according to specifications
- Receive freight, identify case packs, and communicate any issues
