Warehouse Associate - Bethlehem

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. The General Laborer performs manual tasks supporting warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing operations. Duties may include sorting, packing, labeling, loading, unloading, moving materials, and assisting with basic production activities.

Shift Patterns

• Mon-Thu 5:00am-3:30pm (30 minute lunch)

Pay Rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Ability to stand in a warehouse environment for 10-12 hours
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds

Role for Warehouse Associate

• Load, unload, move, sort, and organize products and materials
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and production-line activities
• Inspect products for visible damage or defects and report issues
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety and quality procedures
