At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker/Packer to work with a leading logistics company in Fort Worth. This role is based in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art third-party logistics fulfillment center. You will play a crucial role in the supply chain by accurately selecting customer orders and preparing products for safe and timely shipment.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Wednesday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Picker/Packer

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Experience working in a production tracking fast paced job environment

Desirable Requirements for Picker/Packer

• Experience working in a 3PL environment
• Familiarity with picking and packing operations
• Strong communication skills, ability to take direction and follow instructions, ability to pivot job duties as needed

Role for Picker/Packer

• Efficiently navigate warehouse aisles to locate and retrieve items using digital picking sheets or RF scanners.
• Securely box, wrap, and label items according to client specifications to ensure damage-free delivery.
• Scan and verify product barcodes and quantities to maintain 100% order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station while ensuring materials are fully stocked.
• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and facility regulations.
