At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Packer to work with a leading logistics company in Rialto. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Special project start time: 7:00 AM on the first day
• This is a 1-week project, with the potential to transition into another department based on your attendance and performance

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Packer

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to work 10-hour days with flexibility for overtime and weekends

Role for Packer

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
• Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the entire shift
• Handle items carefully to avoid product damage
• Collaborate with team members to meet hourly targets, safety standards, and deadlines
