At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to work with a leading company in the casting and machining sector in Pierceton. This role focuses on supporting electrical troubleshooting and repairs of plant equipment and production machinery, ensuring high reliability while adhering to strict safety standards.

Shift

• 10:45 PM to 7:00 AM

Pay Rates

• 28.00 - 32.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of industrial electrical experience with equipment such as CNC machines, casting, or machining equipment
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing PLCs, VFDs, servo systems, and HMI/operator interfaces
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic independently
• Experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance and using electrical test equipment
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 70E, and Lockout/Tagout procedures in an industrial setting

Role

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and industrial machinery
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment
• Interpret and utilize test equipment to analyze system performance
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and ladder logic
• Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout, confined space, and hot work permits
