This role involves executing various production stages on an assembly line or within small teams. Duties are clearly defined and subject to close oversight, making the position suitable for those with minimal previous experience or specialized knowledge.

Shift Patterns

• Must train on 1st shift for a week.
• Night Shift is currently 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM.

Pay Rates

• 20.05 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Operator Quality Control

• Foundational understanding of production technologies and processes.
• Familiarity with quality measurement tools, such as calipers.
• Ability to interpret and adhere to Standard Process Instructions.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of this position, including reaching items stored at heights up to 68 inches.
• Must not have worked at the local automotive plant previously, as rehires are not accepted at this time.

Skills Requirements for Production Operator Quality Control

• Must be able to stand for the entirety of the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Role Tasks for Production Operator Quality Control

• Conduct inspections on parts, components, and finished products following established work instructions.
• Perform precise gap and flushness evaluations.
• Manage the loading and unloading of modules from storage racks.
• Identify and escalate potential or actual non-conformities through formal protocols.
• Assist with first-off/last-off testing and support root cause analysis.
