Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Building Maintenance Technician to work with a leading manufacturing company in Saddle Brook. This role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of our facility and production equipment.

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 3:30 pm

Pay Rates

• 30.00 - 35.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• More than 5 years of general machine and building maintenance experience.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing building maintenance issues.
• Proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
• Strong commitment to following safety procedures and standard operating procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Working knowledge of power tools and machine shop equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Basic math and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and repair wiring, electrical components, and industrial machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, chillers, boilers, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain and monitor production support systems including mixers, pumps, and tanks.
• Manage maintenance logs, checklists, and inventory of supplies.
