At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Medical Device Assembly role to work with a leading medical device manufacturer in Irvine. You will be responsible for carefully assembling medical device components according to detailed instructions, utilizing microscopes, hand tools, and specialized equipment, while adhering to strict quality standards to ensure the proper functionality and safety of the finished medical device.

Shift Patterns

  • Monday - Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm
  • Must be flexible to work overtime

Pay Rates

  • 19.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Medical Device Assembly

  • Are you available and willing to work overtime?
  • Do you have experience working in assembly?
  • Are you comfortable completing an assessment using a microscope?

Role Tasks for Medical Device Assembly

  • Assemble individual parts and subassemblies of medical devices by following established procedures and blueprints.
  • Perform thorough inspections on components and finished products to identify any defects.
  • Follow detailed work orders and assembly instructions to accurately build devices.
  • Utilize hand tools, specialized equipment, and assembly fixtures.
  • Complete necessary documentation including assembly logs, quality control reports, and batch records.
