Weekend Picker / Packer
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Weekend Picker / Packer to work with Geodis in Dallas. This role supports fulfillment operations for popular personal care and fragrance products, ensuring orders are prepared accurately for shipment.
Shift Patterns
- Friday to Sunday 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM
Pay Rates
- 21.75 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Weekend Picker / Packer
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch on concrete surfaces for long shifts
- Ability to lift, push, and carry boxes weighing up to 25–50 lbs
Role for Weekend Picker / Packer
- Locate and select items using RF scanners and computerized inventory systems
- Inspect, wrap, and pack delicate retail products to prevent damage
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and UPC codes to ensure order accuracy
- Apply shipping labels and route completed packages to staging areas
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by restocking shelves and managing debris
