Picker

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading distribution center in Rialto. The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise to fulfill customer orders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role emphasizes speed, precision, and adherence to productivity and safety standards.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift; Sunday to Wednesday, 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Picker

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience using RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business needs
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary

Role for Picker

• Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse inventory using RF scanners and pick lists
• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy
• Transport picked items to designated staging or processing areas
• Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies

Location: Rialto. This position is based in a high-volume distribution center.
