At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for General Warehouse, Assembly to work with a leading company in the manufacturing and office products sector in Booneville. This role involves essential warehouse operations, including handpicking items, packaging, and preparing shipments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Shift Patterns

  • 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • 2nd shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
  • Overtime is mandatory as needed, with up to 2 hours of daily overtime required.
  • Final schedule will be assigned during onboarding.

Pay Rates

  • 14.04 - 16.26 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for General Warehouse, Assembly

  • Must be able to perform all physical demands of the position including bending, stooping, reaching, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Please note that individuals who have previously worked at this company are not eligible for rehire.

Desirable requirements for General Warehouse, Assembly

  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
  • Experience with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking.
  • Ability to read load sheets and meet customer requirements.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to operate personal computer equipment and RF (radio frequency) hand-held wands.

Role for General Warehouse, Assembly

  • Handpick items from pallets on shelves based on pick tickets.
  • Box items and prepare cartons for shipping, including routing to the proper area.
  • Palletize packed cartons, weigh packages, enter data, and label items appropriately.
  • Operate mechanical jacks, forklifts, and double-deep reach trucks to transport products.
  • Unload and count incoming product and perform necessary paperwork for customer filing.
