At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Wood Mill Carpenter to work with a leading design and fabrication company in Madison Heights. We are seeking a dependable, highly skilled individual to join the team and contribute immediately, supporting a department with long-tenured members.

Shift Patterns

• Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm

Pay Rates

• 20.00 - 22.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Wood Mill Carpenter

• 3–5 years of carpentry or wood-mill experience
• Proficiency using wood saws, cutting tools, and building materials
• Ability to read measurements and follow build specifications accurately
• Commitment to working safely and maintaining a clean, organized work area

Desirable Requirements for Wood Mill Carpenter

• Strong finish-carpentry skills and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with multiple wood types and specialty materials
• Experience operating additional mill equipment beyond standard saws
• Ability to read detailed blueprints or build drawings

Role Responsibilities for Wood Mill Carpenter

• Operate and maintain various wood saws, cutting tools, and mill equipment
• Perform finish-carpentry-level work with precision and attention to detail
