Pickers/Packers
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Pickers/Packers to work with Somerset Talent Pool in Somerset. This role involves accurately picking and packing products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers, ensuring items are packaged correctly and placed in the proper containers. You will be expected to maintain consistency throughout your shift, handle products with care to avoid damage, and work collaboratively with team members to meet daily deadlines while prioritizing safety and punctuality.
Shift Patterns
- 1st Shift FH (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
Pay Rates
- 22.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Pickers/Packers
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes
