Production Associate
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate to work with Wincore Windows in Swainsboro. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to produce high-quality window and door units. You will be responsible for various assembly steps, including using hand and power tools, labeling products, and preparing them for shipment.
Shift Patterns
- 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7am-4pm
- Mandatory Weekend and overtime work when needed
Pay Rates
- 16.00 - 18.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Production Associate
- Ability to stand on your feet for up to 12 hours per shift
- Comfortable performing repetitive job tasks
- Ability to work with and around moving equipment safely
- Strict adherence to attendance policies regarding punctuality and absences
- Willingness to rotate between different assembly stations with little notice
Skills Requirements for Production Associate
- Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks
- Ability to safely work with and around moving equipment
- Ability to learn and rotate to two or more different responsibilities on the assembly line
- Ability to operate equipment and tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders
Role Responsibilities for Production Associate
- Fabricate and produce component parts for the final assembly of window and door units
- Read and interpret schematics to understand the production process
- Operate and monitor machinery while using a variety of hand and power tools
- Measure workpieces and inspect products for quality and potential damages
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Report product damages, operation concerns, and safety hazards to management
Location: Swainsboro. This position is based in a manufacturing environment.
