At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Picker Packer- Phoenix to work with a leading logistics company in Phoenix. You will play a critical part in the supply chain by accurately picking items, packing orders, and prepping shipments to ensure customer deliveries arrive on time and damage-free.

Shift Patterns

• 4th Shift - Friday - Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Open to working extra day during peak season

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Picker Packer- Phoenix

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs comfortably

Desirable requirements for Picker Packer- Phoenix

• Familiarity with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or digital handheld terminals
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Role for Picker Packer- Phoenix

• Locate, retrieve, and select products from designated warehouse bins using RF handheld scanners or pick tickets.
• Inspect items for quality and damages, wrap fragile goods, and pack merchandise into appropriate shipping boxes.
• Generate shipping labels, attach packing slips, weigh packages, and seal boxes according to client guidelines.
• Report missing inventory, damaged merchandise, or incorrect SKU labels to site supervisors.
• Maintain safety standards by keeping aisles clear and following all safety protocols.
