OP Driver

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an OP Driver to work with Deckers Brands in Mooresville. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused warehouse professionals who are comfortable operating a high-reach, elevated platform forklift to pick, move, and stage inventory.

Shift Patterns

• Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 21.50 USD hourly

Requirements for OP Driver

• Previous Cherry Picker experience required
• Ability to safely work at heights
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be dependable and have reliable attendance
• Steel-toe footwear required

Role for OP Driver

• Safely operate a Cherry Picker or high-reach forklift to pick and move inventory
• Work from an elevated platform at various heights
• Accurately pick, stage, and organize products
• Load and unload inventory as needed
• Use RF scanners or warehouse technology to track inventory
• Inspect equipment before use and report any safety or maintenance concerns
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations
