Shift Patterns

• Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Pay Rates

• 25.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Warehouse Lead experience.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency in ensuring accurate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor new and existing associates.
• Ability to conduct daily start-up meetings and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with supervisors and management.

Role

• Coordinate daily warehouse workflows to meet productivity goals.
• Assign tasks to team members to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to warehouse staff.
