Weekend Picker / Packer
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Weekend Picker / Packer to work with a leading logistics provider in Dallas. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting fulfillment operations for personal care and fragrance products, ensuring that orders are prepared accurately and safely for shipment.
Shift Patterns
- Friday to Sunday 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Pay Rates
- 17.75 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Weekend Picker / Packer
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch on concrete surfaces throughout an 11-hour shift
- Ability to repeatedly lift, push, and carry boxes weighing up to 25–50 lbs
Role for Weekend Picker / Packer
- Locate and select retail items using RF scanners and computerized inventory systems
- Carefully inspect, wrap, and pack delicate products into shipping cartons to prevent damage
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and codes against order details to guarantee accuracy
- Print and apply shipping labels and route completed boxes to staging areas
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with restocking shelves
