At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in El Paso. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient material handling operations within a fast-paced distribution facility.

Shift Patterns

  • Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM

Pay Rates

  • 15.00 - 16.00 USD hourly

Must-Have Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent stand-up forklift experience.
  • Ability to successfully pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification.
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50–75 lbs.
  • Dependable transportation to the job site in Santa Teresa, NM.
  • Strong situational awareness in high-traffic environments.

Desirable Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator

  • Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse logistics software.
  • Basic math and documentation skills for inventory tracking.
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit.

Role for Stand Up Forklift Operator

  • Safely operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles.
  • Efficiently move, stack, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments.
  • Verify product numbers and quantities using RF scanners and management systems.
  • Conduct daily pre-operational safety checks and report equipment defects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work zone in compliance with safety guidelines.
