Warehouse associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse associate to work with a leading logistics company in Santa Teresa. This role involves handling inventory, receiving and preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Shift patterns:

• Monday to Saturday 1 PM to 10 PM

Pay rates:

• 13.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Warehouse associate:

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Responsibilities for Warehouse associate:

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Build and break down pallets according to distribution instructions
• Shrink-wrap freight according to distribution specifications
• Receive freight, identify case packs and pallet patterns, and communicate any issues

Location: Santa Teresa. This position is based in a busy distribution environment.
