Team Lead

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Team Lead to work with ITS Logistics in Worth Township. This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead by example and keep work moving in a fast-paced environment, supporting daily warehouse operations by guiding associates and ensuring productivity goals are met.

Shift Patterns

• Wednesday through Saturday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm

Pay Rates

• 24.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Warehouse or logistics experience.
• Ability to direct daily work, communicate priorities, and support associates on the floor.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and a commitment to following them.
• Ability to track productivity and accuracy, identify issues, and report them to management.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work the assigned schedule, including overtime when required.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with associates, supervisors, and other departments.

Role Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and communicate priorities to warehouse associates.
• Train and support new team members on processes, equipment, and safety practices.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and accuracy to address issues and escalate concerns.
• Assist with receiving, picking, packing, inventory, and shipping operations as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
