• 20.00 - 22.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Onsite Supervisor

• Recent experience supervising a team of 20 or more employees.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to meet company standards and team performance metrics.

Desirable requirements for Onsite Supervisor

• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Experience in Quality Control.
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems.

Role for Onsite Supervisor

• Anticipate staffing requirements and manage daily warehouse floor operations.
• Provide accurate productivity, headcount, and attendance reports.
• Manage employee relations, including coaching, performance reviews, and training.
• Ensure key performance indicators such as Fill Rate and On-Time Attendance are met.
• Develop contingency plans for unexpected events and maintain operational standards.
