At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Associates to work with a leading company in Rialto. This role is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment where you will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Shift Patterns

1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
1st day starts at 8:00 AM
Open to work on weekends and holidays as required

Pay Rates

18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Associates

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be able to lift, bend, reach, and move merchandise throughout the shift
Must be comfortable working on your feet for 8–10 hours
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required

Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Associates

Previous warehouse or picking experience is preferred
RF scanner experience is a plus
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to meet productivity expectations

Role for Warehouse Associates

Pick merchandise according to customer orders using an RF scanner
Locate products throughout the warehouse and verify item numbers and quantities
Follow picking instructions and meet daily productivity goals
Ensure orders are picked accurately and prepared for packing or shipping

Location: Rialto. This position is located in a busy warehouse facility.
