Quality Control Inspector
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Quality Control Inspector to work with a leading medical device company in Irvine. This role involves performing quality inspection functions to written procedures, supporting both production and the development phase of various programs and projects.
Shift Patterns
- Monday - Friday
- 3:30pm to 12:00am
- Must be flexible to work overtime
Pay Rates
- 23.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Quality Control Inspector
- Experience working in medical device assembly
- Experience working in quality control
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment
Skills Requirements for Quality Control Inspector
- Proficiency in inspection techniques with an understanding of technical documentation and mechanical drawings
- Great attention to detail and concentration for ensuring quality product
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Role for Quality Control Inspector
- Document component, subassembly, and finished goods inspections following Good Document Practices (GDP)
- Provide feedback to Quality, Operations, and R&D functions regarding quality issues
- Resolve inspection questions and escalate complex issues to higher-level inspectors or the QC Lead
- Follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Utilize electronic data collection systems for reporting
