Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator to work with Geodis Logistics LLC in Clayton. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, preparing, moving, and staging products for shipment. This role uses warehouse equipment and requires accuracy, safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

• Ability to operate a Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Clamp Truck, Reach Truck, Order/ Cherry Picker
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Experience operating multiple types of warehouse equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Role Responsibilities for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

• Read orders and work instructions to determine products needed
• Pick, prepare, and verify product quantities and types for shipment
• Sort, store, and stage products in racks, shelves, or bins
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials using warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures

Location: Clayton. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
