Pickers/Packers

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Pickers/Packers to work with a leading logistics company in Somerset. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd shift FHN Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:00 pm to 5:30 am

Pay Rates

• 23.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Pickers/Packers

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Pickers/Packers

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customer
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the proper containers
• Pack items consistently for the entire work period while remaining on feet
• Handle items carefully to avoid damage to product
• Work with other team members to accurately complete the work each day while maintaining safety and punctuality
