At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for General Warehouse, Assembly to work with a leading company in Booneville. This role involves essential warehouse operations, including handpicking items from pallets, preparing cartons for shipping, and managing inventory flow. You will play a key role in ensuring products are accurately processed, labeled, and ready for distribution.

Shift Patterns

1st shift 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
2nd shift 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Overtime is mandatory as needed, up to 2 hours daily
Final schedule will be assigned during onboarding

Pay Rates

14.04 - 16.26 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for General Warehouse, Assembly

Must be able to perform all physical demands of the position including bending, stooping, reaching, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently
Note: Previous employees of this company are not eligible for rehire

Desirable requirements for General Warehouse, Assembly

Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
Experience with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
Ability to read load sheets and meet customer requirements
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to operate personal computer equipment and RF hand-held wands

Role for General Warehouse, Assembly

Operate equipment such as hand pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and stackers
Load and unload trailers using appropriate material handling equipment
Pick and pack products according to pick tickets
Assemble products and prepare cartons for shipping
Perform data entry and labeling tasks for customer orders

Location: Booneville. This position is based in a local distribution facility.

Duration: Full-Time - Temp to Hire.
