Warehouse Associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Franklin, WI. In this role, you will handle material movement, inventory tracking, and order preparation while maintaining strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance standards.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 16.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Have experience working in a warehouse
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8–10 hour shifts
• Basic literacy and math skills with attention to detail

Role for Warehouse Associate

• Unload raw ingredients and verify shipments against purchase orders
• Stage raw materials for production lines and transport finished goods
• Pick, pack, and palletize finished food products according to specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and allergen-controlled work area
• Adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices and safety protocols

Location: Franklin. The position is based in a premier food manufacturing facility.
