Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading manufacturing and production company in Edison. This role is essential for ensuring that products are accurately prepared and delivered to customers on time.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: 7:30am to 4pm, Monday through Friday

Pay Rates

• 15.92 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role Responsibilities for Pick/Pack

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
• Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the work shift while remaining on your feet
• Handle items carefully to avoid product damage
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while prioritizing safety and punctuality
