At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Technician to work with ES Foundry in Greenwood. This role is part of a high-performing team dedicated to maintaining production flow, achieving performance goals, and ensuring the high level of quality that customers expect.

Shift Patterns

  • Days Shift: 6:45am - 7:00pm
  • 2 on, 2 off, 3 on (12-hour shifts)

Pay Rates

  • 20.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Manufacturing Technician

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing operation or production environment.
  • Must be able to stand and walk up to 90% of the shift.
  • Must be able to lift and position objects weighing up to 50 lbs, up to 10% of the work time.
  • Candidates must not have previously worked at ES Foundry.

Desirable Requirements for Manufacturing Technician

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred due to frequent communication with Spanish-speaking employees.
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
  • Strictly adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety standards and regulations without posing a threat to the safety of others.

Role Tasks for Manufacturing Technician

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain automated equipment in accordance with specifications and operating instructions.
  • Perform autonomous maintenance, changeovers, and machine adjustments to define center lines.
  • Maintain accurate production data and ensure effective shift exchanges with troubleshooting information.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams during evaluations, problem-solving, and process improvement projects.
  • Maintain a clean work environment by following 5S housekeeping standards.
