2nd Shift Forklift operator
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a 2nd Shift Forklift operator to work with Bright International in New Albany. This role is essential for maintaining warehouse efficiency, ensuring that materials are moved, loaded, and secured safely and accurately throughout the facility.
Shift Patterns
- 2nd Shift 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Pay Rates
- 21.00 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for 2nd Shift Forklift operator
- Knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods and inventory control
- Previous stand-up forklift experience
- Comfort with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment
- Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different areas and layers
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary
Role for 2nd Shift Forklift operator
- Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery within the industrial facility
- Inspect product loads for accuracy and ensure timely delivery throughout the warehouse
- Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes
- Account for and secure materials or products for transport to designated areas
- Control levers and operating devices, such as forks and hoists, to load, transport, and stack materials
- Complete all requisitions with prompt, efficient, and safe outcomes
