At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Fontana. This Warehouse Associate role is essential for picking, preparing, moving, and staging products for shipment. We are looking for individuals who prioritize accuracy and safety while thriving in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift Patterns

1st Shift: Mon-Fri 5am-1:30pm, with one additional day off during the week.
REACH Forklift: First day starting at 7:00 AM.

Pay Rates

20.31 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

Ability to operate a Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Clamp Truck, Reach Truck, Order/ Cherry Picker
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment
Ability to read and follow simple instructions

Desirable requirements for Forklift / Reach Truck / Order Picker Operator

High school diploma or GED preferred
1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
Experience operating multiple types of warehouse equipment
Basic computer or warehouse management system experience
Strong attention to detail and reliability

Read orders and work instructions to determine products needed
Pick, prepare, and stage products for shipment
Verify product quantities and types for accuracy
Sort and store products in racks, shelves, or bins
Load, unload, move, and stack materials safely
