Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading logistics company in Fort Worth. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations, ensuring that customer inventory is handled with care from arrival to final shipment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English or Spanish
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment

Role Responsibilities

• Accept new customer inventory and manage the put-away process
• Deliver products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately
• Ensure the quality of each shipment by packing items correctly
• Maintain a consistent flow of products to keep the warehouse operations running smoothly
