Reach Truck Operator

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Reach Truck Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Wilmington. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating powered equipment to pick, move, stack, and wrap cases and pallets in a cold storage environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused and can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Please note that this position does not require or utilize Sit-Down Forklifts.

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Reach Truck Operator

• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck and/or EPJ is required.
• No Sit-Down Forklift operation is required for this position.
• Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and work throughout the shift.

Role Responsibilities for Reach Truck Operator

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to transport materials.
• Pick, stack, and wrap cases and pallets according to warehouse standards.
• Maintain a safe and efficient workflow within a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

Location: Wilmington. This position is based in a cold storage warehouse facility.
