Loader SI

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Loader SI to work with a leading company in the retail sector in Burlington. This role is responsible for efficiently loading outbound shipments onto trucks while ensuring accuracy, safety, and proper handling of goods. You will play a key part in maintaining workflow within the shipping department and meeting daily production goals.

Shift Patterns

• 1st: 5:30am - 4pm Mon-Thu

Pay Rates

• 18.38 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Loader SI

• Experience in a warehouse or loading trucks
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts
• Ability to understand warehouse processes and shipping procedures
• Ability to read and interpret load sheets, labels, and basic instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Skills Requirements for Loader SI

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly

Key Responsibilities for Loader SI

• Load merchandise, pallets, and cartons onto trailers in a safe and timely manner
• Verify shipment accuracy by matching items to load sheets, pick tickets, or manifests
• Secure loads using straps, bars, or shrink wrap to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain a clean and organized loading area to ensure a safe work environment
• Communicate with supervisors, shipping clerks, and team members to coordinate workflow
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with staging, sorting, and scanning of products prior to loading

Location: Burlington. This position is based in a dynamic warehouse environment.
