Warehouse associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse associate to work with a leading company in New Albany. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the smooth flow of shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rates

• 17.25 USD hourly

Requirements for Warehouse associate

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Responsibilities for Warehouse associate

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Build and shrink-wrap pallets according to distribution specifications
• Receive freight, identifying case packs and pallet patterns
• Communicate any inventory or shipment problems promptly

Location: New Albany. The position is based in a dynamic warehouse environment.
