Shift Patterns

• Front Half Nights: Sunday - Wednesday 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM
• Back Half Nights: Thursday - Saturday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Pay Rates

• 25.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Warehouse Lead

• 2-5 years of Warehouse Lead experience.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency in receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment as needed.
• Strong communication skills for conducting daily start-up meetings and collaborating with management.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor new and existing associates.

Role for Warehouse Lead

• Coordinate daily warehouse workflow to ensure productivity goals are met.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of warehouse associates.
• Conduct daily start-up meetings to align the team on objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to team members.
