Customer Service Rep - West Jefferson

Pay Rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Customer Service Rep

• More than 3 years of customer service or administrative experience
• Ability to use Microsoft Office
• Ability to perform data entry and processing billing or shipping documents
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse office environment while communicating with customers and internal teams

Role for Customer Service Rep

• Process shipping and receiving transactions accurately
• Prepare and process billing and invoicing with attention to detail
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to shipping, receiving, billing, and orders
• Communicate with customers and internal teams by phone, email, and in person
• Serve as a liaison between warehouse operations and customers

Location: West Jefferson. The position is based on-site in a warehouse and office environment with frequent interaction with warehouse personnel, customers, and internal departments.
